This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.barracudamoto.com.au (the “Site”).

We may also share your information with BARRACUDA MOTO based in Italy, in order to fulfil your order, handle any technical information or review market trends.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We also may use your data for targeted advertising of our products either through emails or Facebook and Instagram advertising.
